Ferrogallico is the word to indicate an ink which was used in Europe in ancient times. This type of black ink had been widely diffused since ancient Rome and for all the Medieval Age.
Ferrogallico Editrice has borrowed this name from this great and noble friend of old European writers and illustrators. Ferrogallico creates auteur comics, graphic novels, and graphic journalism whose characters and current issues have been forgotten by silence and a form of cultural conformism, the “politically correct”.
